Who is the controller

Server logs

When you visit the site, the server records your IP address, date and time, the page requested and your browser type. They are needed to run the site and protect it from abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted automatically after 14 days.

No tracking cookies

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server. If you pick a language, your browser remembers it (local storage): it stays on your device and we don’t receive it.

Purchases through Tebex

Catalogue, basket and payment are handled by Tebex Limited, which acts as reseller (merchant of record) and processes payment data as an independent controller. When you open the store, your browser contacts Tebex servers. For details read the Tebex privacy policy.

Purchase notifications

After a payment Tebex sends us the order details: name, email, country, IP address, products purchased and amount. We keep them on our server to deliver the products, provide support and meet legal obligations (performance of a contract and legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR), for as long as these purposes require.

External services

Links to our Discord server lead to Discord, which applies its own policy. The site is hosted on an OVHcloud VPS.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability of your data by writing to the contact above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it) or your local authority.
